• DoorDash reviewI went into Solamente Pizza tonight for the first time, what an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, I spoke to chef Rory about their pizza which is made from sourdough with the freshest ingredients. I ordered 3 different pizzas, marinara (GREAT FOR VEGANS!), the cacio e pepe and the daniel Gigi. All 3 were phenomenal! Best pizza ive had in vegas and honesty, probably ever. You can really taste the freshness, the dough has an amazing flavor and texture, being both soft and crunchy at the same time. I definitely recommend the dipping sauces for the crust, great touch. And DO NOT FORGET THE DESSERT PIE! just WOW. I will be back next week for sure for round 2 :)
