The Mole Negroni in my opinion was way too sweet. Also the portion of rice is literally a pebble sized amount. For the amount of mole and chicken it should be doubled.

Torta was very dry and bread was stale. Tlayuda didnt have enough quesillo and the salsa carried the whole tlayuda, couldnt taste the aciento and la cecina was puro cuero. Not satisfied
