I don't know what is wrong with this store but they refuse to get orders right for some reason. Even if you pick up in person. It's always little things too. We order burgers without ketchup, they won't put the ketchup on but they also don't put lettuce and tomato on. They are the worst about drinks though, I order a cherry coke with out ice and ask for it to be made dirty. I have ordered it this way several times and I have yet to receive it that way. They also gave us short straws for the rt44 drink which will fall into the cup if you push them down to the bottom. So ev though the food tasted good, I'm rating them as a two star because they always get something wrong.

I don't know what is going on with this store. The last 4 orders have had something wrong with them. This time they sent a caramel shake instead of a vanilla shake. Once is a mistake, 4 times in a row is a pattern.
