• DoorDash orderI understand not all stores can "afford" the labor but here is why the investment of labor is important: my bag looks like it caught fire. My chicken bites and fries taste like they sat in the fryer for hours before my order was made. The simple modifications made to my burger (no l/t/mayo) inclined whoever was on grill to leave it plain. My food tastes like one person was running back of house. If there were a few more people on to pay attention to details (like the bag, the fryer, the mods), I can assure you that the quality of my food would be higher. I love sonic on the west coast, I am rooting for you guys, this is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars insteadof 2. I am hoping for improvements.

• DoorDash orderThe items were thrown in the bag. I also did not get the chicken bites that I had ordered. The bag was stapled when I received it so I know the restaurant did not place the item in the bag.
