everything was just how I ordered it, the burger was absolutely amazing, the shake was delicious, and the Mozzarella Sticks were on point, best food I've had all week!

The food is always consistently good, but the store has issues remembering to place sauces (marinara for Mozzarella Sticks , cheese for Soft Pretzel Twist, sauce for Groovy Fries)in the bag, unless of course you call the store to remind them. It is the only issue with an otherwise perfect location, but due to the frequency of the issue I have to give just three stars.

I ordered a hot fudge shake with peanut butter added , but got plain peanut butter. I was charged extra for the peanut butter as an add on.
Pickle fries are inedible, soggy and taste terrible!

usually I love their Mozzarella Sticks but they just didn't taste like usual. didn't taste fresh at all to me and ended up not finishing.
