Due to the many requests for healthier dishes, Soto's has added quinoa to our menu. Quinoa, pronounced keen-wah, is a grain that is considered to be almost a complete food. It is very high in protein, full of vitamins, gluten- and wheat-free, cholesterol free, easy to digest and usually organic. It's a delicious ancient plant native to the Andes mountains and is known to have been a staple food of the Incas. Soto's has four quinoa dishes to satisfy our customers' requests. Served with choice of spinach salad, tortilla soup, or pozole Verde.
