Caribe bowl is my favorite! super flavor full and has a nice spice to it. A little more pineapple salsa would amkenitthatbmuch better!! Candied yams were also a hit! I did however think the mac and corn bread were dry for my liking

Everything here is great!! However, sometimes the cornbread is a bit hard/stale. When it's not, this place is just absolutely amazing in quality and taste across the board. Caution: Yams are extremely sweet. They werent playing about the candie part of the description (taste wise).

I always enjoy the food at Soul Bowl. I am loving Caribe Bowl. The jerk flavor on the salmon or chicken is my favorite. I love plantains and they cook them just right and give a good amount in the bowl.

Great and convenient post-workout meal! Fantasia Fried and ChickenD'Angelo Candied yams were the perfect combo of salty and sweet! Excited to work my way down the menu and visit for bfast.
