Loaded Basket of Fries was very underwhelming taste-wise, underseasoned, soggy, and the way the fries were cooked did not compliment the chili Verde at all. it was all just a big soggy mess when combined, not sure what you guys were thinking here. You need a crispier or thicker fry to be able to withstand the moisture of the sauce. Maybe you're supposed to dip it? but then what about the big chunks of steak in the chili? very confusing concept. $9.50 for this is absolutely wild.
I am no expert by any means but I was convinced a Cheesesteak Sandwich is made up of 3 ingredients minimum: cheese, steak, and bread. surprisingly, these guys managed to reinvent the wheel by omitting the cheese, and let me say it was not for the better. Also I got a medium and it was so small... I dread to think what the small looks like. Bread is cheap AF to make, there's no reason you guys can't add a little more.

I paid $13.99 for the smallest "large" cheese steak ive ever eaten... and there was barely a trace of cheese on it... like the only reason I knew there was actually cheese on it was cuz parts of the steak were stuck together... I would have rated it one star but the flavor was great... for that price versus portion I won't be ordering again from there...and as a Lyft driver I'm always asked for restaurant referrals...
