This place is my "go to" spot for barbecue! The brisket is moist and flavorful and the tri-tip is almost as good as my son-in-law makes. You will never be disappointed with the meat they serve.

Nice portions of both the tri tip and brisket, both were tender and moist and did not require sauce to eat. Mac and cheese was unexpectedly good with an interesting mix of cheeses. Beans were good with a slightly sweet chili sauce, though a bit undercooked for my taste ( think al dente). Corn bread was ok, nice texture but flavor was very one note.

Had the large Brisket Brisket Sandwich plenty of brisket perfect amount of juicy or (fatty) brisket I also called in for a Blueberry pie al la mode I couldn't put my spoon down, you want a great sandwich Brisket Sandwich and dessert plus Cutlery Kit Winchester BBQ is the place

The Quarter Rack Ribs were amazing. Such good flavor, bbq sauce was awesome. Ribs were cooked perfectly, not dried out. The Potato Salad was just fine, good, but nothing to write home about.

Pulled pork was really good. Tender and tasty and the sauce added a nice flavor. The sides were a little disappointing. Mac and cheese was a bit underwhelming and the baked beans tasted like bland chili. Garlic bread was good.
