they were both very dry and under toasted, and the pumpkin pie cream cheese was good but there was hardly any on the bagel and the bagel was so huge it was just a lot of bread. The candied bacon cream cheese was pretty good too and at least there was plenty of it.

The food quality is good but they almost never pay attention to toastingninstructions. I asked for my bagel double toasted and they didn't toast it at all...again. Ha. Latte was excellent, sandwich quality for both was very good. Bagels super tasty. Following requests, could use work.
