• DoorDash orderBrisket and the Tri Tip were absolutely amazing! The brisket literally fell apart and the tri tip had an amazing flavor. Neither were greasy, just a little of the natural juice that comes from the meat itself. We will definitely be ordering from here again. We got a 1/2lbs each and probably would not order anything smaller, it was too good that we needed more when it was gone.

• DoorDash orderSpent $90 for 3 people for the most basic tasting brisket sandwiches. The elote was like cottage cheese. The pics of pies are misleading because for $6 you get a single slice that gives maybe 4 bites. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for the food I got,it's just not worth it

• DoorDash orderThe food was good, but the portions were so small I don't think I'll ever go again. I ordered the Mousse Pie, and they gave me a single slice. I paid almost $6 for a pie, then I only get a slice. I also ordered their ribs, and got 2 rib bones with a little meat. I loved the taste, but I spent $30 for a light snack, not a meal.

• DoorDash reviewHad the best experience ordering from Sparks Bbq! The brisket melts in your mouth and the sauces tasted so good with it! We also got the baked beans, street corn and key lime pie. Loved every bite and can’t wait to go back!

As a Tennessee country boy, my standards are very high when it comes to BBQ. That being said I give Sparks credit for making good quality meat. we tried the tri-tip and the sweet ribs. The tri tip was pretty good matching expectations and setting a good standard, especially in this area. I personally loved the flavor of the sweet ribs allowing the taste of the meat to still be present while introducing a pleasantly sweet but not overwhelming sauce. However our ribs were a little dry, and I was not impressed with the cornbread or the mac and cheese. Both of which to me tasted like a box mix or microwaved meal quality. with the price being somewhat expensive for BBQ I expect the sides to hit hard and the portions to at least satisfy normal hunger. however, our economy isn't helping there and I understand that. At the end of the day I have to give 4 solid stars because sparks did manage to present strong elements of real BBQ matching the best of BBQ in this area. I would encourage anyone and everyone to try their food.
