The Miyoko's: Vegan Sugar & Spice cupcake was airy and light it felt let I was eating nothing , the red velvet was very good, I liked the frosting in the Miyoko's: Vegan Sugar & Spice but the actual cupcake was bad.

Love the fact that they have a vegan version of the red velvet cupcake. Icing was a little hard and they also didn't put my cupcake in a container which would've been more sanitary. But a actual cake part of cupcake was pretty good.
