good donuts. I'm not sure about the German chocolate one since it's the second time I've ordered it and didn't get one. I was wondering if maybe it's on the menu by mistake? However the donuts they do choose to give you are very good.

I've ordered three times and every time, something has been missing. I understand things can get busy, but if something is out of stock you should update your website so customers don't pay for it. If something is out of stock, someone should call the customer and ask if they would like something else before sending an incomplete order to the customer. I've also been to the store in person and the bagels were hard as a rock.

The Caramel House Iced Coffee 20 oz was amazing! But the Jalapeno Cheddar Bagel was too bready and VERY dry. I was very disappointed with how much money I spent for what I got. Their donuts are ALWAYS top knotch. I was happy to find their coffee to be amazing as well.
