The Breakfast Burrito with sausage is a Saturday staple. So good. Good balance of hash browns, tomato-y sauce, eggs, and cheese. Ice vanilla Iced Latte also solid way to start the day.

Third Eye was awful, and they skimped on cream cheese for the bagel. Won't be ordering from here again. At least the everything bagel had plenty of everything seasoning.

The Biscuits and Gravy were amazing! however the coffee was beyond disgusting, tastes very burnt and like it has alcohol in it. I asked for banana nut bread syrup and couldn't even taste it. My side of scramble eggs was overcooked, rubbery and not salted at all. The oatmeal isn't even made by them its just some grocery store bought oatmeal in a container that you make yourself. as for the Biscuits and Gravy I would give a 10/10 the rest of it is a -50/10. please do better guys, ya'll charge a pretty high price for terrible coffee and fixings.
