I love stacks and we have been fans for a long time. Yes they have higher prices but worth it because you got a lot of food and quality was there. This time was different. We ordered the kalbi and the Buttermilk Pancakes for $9.50 which usually is 3giant pancakes, today we got 2 regular sized pancakes. The Kalbi is why i come here today it was good but different. Not as marinated as usual but i would order again.

I don't know what they put in their syrup but DELICIOUS. Everything was so so tasty!!! Even if you're a big eater, get a short stack of pancakes. Trust. So much food!! Only thing I didn't like much were the potatoes. A little bland, and a lot dry lol

Stacks is easily one of my favorite breakfast spots! Staff is always super friendly and their food never misses! I love the loco moco with chicken katsu, and over easy eggs! If you want a nice view take your order too and park at strands beach down the road!

Its been really good in the past--they used to NEVER mess up their eggs. Now, every time i order over easy, they make them over medium at best--usually over hard. I thought maybe it was just bc/ it was being delivered, but i went to order in, and same thing. They are just really slipping. It sounds minor but it's important for a breakfast place to know what an over easy egg looks like. :/ other things were also a bit off from their previous standard-- and how is a side of bacon 2 pieces yet $7???
