Shaking beef/bo luc lac is a national favorite dish of the Vietnamese culture worldwide. bœuf lôc lac/bo luc lac is a French-Viet entree that consists of Ribeye/Filet Mignon that has been cut into small bite-size, marinated with soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce, then sautéed in a wok with white & green onion. Prior to French colonization, Ribeye/Filet Mignon steak are considered a luxury ingredient in Vietnam.
