My food was at best lukewarm and something gritty was in both the fries and chicken... it was like there was tiny gravel in some spices, I checked my teeth for chips afterward. The fries and tenders definitely seemed to have been under a heat lamp for a while, this was a real disappointment... I'll think twice before ordering from Starbird again, my recent experiences with mixt have been much more satisfying in terms of similar food. I suppose this order may have been from a cloud kitchen-my past brick and mortar experiences with Starbird were great. That said- this was a real disappointment and my money would have been far better spent elsewhere.
