This location is always friendly and goes above and beyond (especially with packing!). I tried the White Chocolate Mocha and it was delicious! Just the right amount of sweet.

I ordered a trenta Strawberry Acai Starbucks Refreshers™ No water.No ice and extra Refresher. paid extra for more refresher (even says it on sticker) but only 2/3 full.

showed up warm and a couple inches less than usually in venti mochas. not drivers fault. chocolate croissant was a day before expiration. put a discount on it prior to expiration instead of one of your unsuspecting disabled gets it instead. i guess at least its better than tim hortons eh

every time I order which is at least 4x /week, something is wrong. and it's not that I'm ordering different things. I order the same thing every time!! I ordered a hot Caramel Macchiato and got it iced. the Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal is dry, it feels like baby food in my mouth. the Chocolate Croissant was fine.

They have terrible customer service, my order got messed up but they wrote it down on the receipt but didn't do the right thing then hung up on me because I said that my order got completely messed up.
