The drinks are good. I have 1 suggeseion: The hot drinks in one bag and the cold drinks in a separate bag... I had one tray with a hot drink and a frappuccino, and a second tray with a hot beverage. Of course the frappuccino was melted and the hit chai packed with it was cooled down...

The cafe misto tastes watered down and the photo shows that the cup was not full, there was quite a bit missing. The cafe mocha tastes good but as the photo shows quite a bit was missing. The lid was broken on the ice tea and was just placed on top. Some improvements are necessary

The mocha was watered down like a diluted hot chocolate, no espresso flavor at all. The photo of the flat white also watered down flavor, tells the truth, I paid for a flat white and I received a partial cup. Just look at how empty it is.

I order Blonde Roast which is not bitter and strong. Each time I recieve a drink so strong that I have to water it down. Some of the drinks I recieve are only half full. I usually order 4 drinks every 4 days. I always have my order delivered due to unable to go to store Changing stores on my next delivery order.

I can only taste the blah almond milk( lactose intolerant)tasted like washed out mocha kind of disappointed since I paid for also toasted vanilla extra chocolate drizzle around cup. I tried coconut milk last time at another Starbucks but seems their milk choices are terrible tasting. too bad they don't have A2 grass fed organic milk. or nutpods coconutmilk toasted marshmallow( a zero sugar yummyness creamer)
