Caffè Americano. not sure why the option to add a splash of cream or alternative cream was taken off the options. any way to bring that back. all good was good.

The sandwich was dry....I thought with melted cheese and pesto sauce it would be comfortable to eat....but the turkey meat was HARD and Crusted - like it had been left out and dried out overnight on the counter.... unable to enjoy it in any way, even after trying to add condiments.
