I ordered a grande vanilla latte and they gave me a venti!! I also ordered food and it was perfect! They left me a sweet note on the bag too! Ill def order from here again

The latte is good, but whichever Starbucks has been filling my orders for the past couple weeks has left the whipped cream off every single time that I've very explicitly ordered it. When it happens four or five times in a row, it's pretty annoying and disappointing. Not sure if the DoorDash app is part of the problem or if it's the store's fault, but IMO the whipped cream adds a ton to this seasonal drink experience. Looking for joy in the little things, ya know.

I usually have no problems with Starbucks... but my drinks the last few times were... lackluster. My Chai Crème Frappuccino® had almost no chai flavor, my Iced Caramel Macchiato tastes like burnt coffee and the lid for the Iced Caffè Mocha was askew and spilled at handover. I still love Starbucks, but as i said... sort of lackluster
