Usually everything I order from here is good but after ordering what I usually get....my coffee just didnt taste as good. It was definitely not sweet enough. My dasher was great .... no problem with door dash...just Starbucks. I probably wont order Starbucks from DoorDash again.

I was delivered a cup of steamed milk instead of the Chai latte I ordered. I called the Mundy Mill store and was not offered a replacement and was told to call door dash for a refund. needless to say, very poor customer service.

i am pretty sure they made my drink wrong- it was absolutely horrendous. i ordered Elphaba’s Cold Brew which i thought was a cold brew with match foam but came as a matcha with a shot. since it was door dashed it was super expensive and i cant afford another order.
