The Rolled & Steel-Cut Oatmeal comes uncooked....? Why..? The Sugar Cookie Almondmilk Latte was 2/3 full - is espresso or almondmilk really that expensive have to skimp? And it just tastes like warm almond milk. Considering they forgot to put the water in the oatmeal, I would not put it past them to have forgotten the espresso and syrup in the latte. Tastes like that anyway :(

Every time I order this drink, the caramel ribbon CRUNCH frappe, they beveroytthe crunch on or give me like the littlest bit they can. You literally have to beg them to put the topping on. It's part of the name and im paying extra for "extra" topping when really they shouldve just put that much on from the beginning. I try not to give bad reviews for anything but this happens too often like get it together please

Not sure why the Summer-Berry Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers® Beverage isn't blue it looks like they put water in it mixed with lemonade. Tastes like water as well. Very disappointed
