Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was more than over half volume of ice. This was venti and due to that volume of ice was clear this was not 4 shots of espresso as it was too sweet and creamy to be that.

Last couple times ive ordered this coffee has been very disappointing. It's usually great, im not sure what changed this week. It tastes like water and I ordered it with a shot and extra syrup.
