I ordered my tea & it wasn't filled all the way. It looked tampered with & the dipping part was open so my cup spilled some of the tea in the bag. I was very displeased that I ordered the largest size cup to help with my sore throat yet they didn't handle my purchase with great care.

Caffè Misto wasn't exactly what I had in mind but it was first time trying it. very bitter and dry. as for the White Chocolate Mocha I order it every time I wish they made bigger cups. you get cold coffee you get a huge cup you get hot coffee it's like you barely get any lol

Within these past few weeks my orders have beeneither missing or or not made as ordered. I spent a lot ofmoney for this to be happening. I work night and work double shifts. So when ipay for a service expect what paid for. Ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Brulée Latte and receiveda boiling hot coffee. Can you please resend my correct order?
