I've ordered the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage many times but today it tasted nasty all I could taste was milk Thierry was no carel taste I even paided for added extra caramel and it still taste like milk no caramel taste and each drink was like 10$ and all customer service gave back was 14$ in credit I asked if they could redo the drinks and deliver them they said no

The Iced Caramel Macchiato was basically just a venti cup of milk. I paid for an extra esspresso shot and there was no way it was in there. $9 for a glass of milk.

Comes with sweet cream cold foam on top and toppo peccan cruch , they did not put it!! And half of my drink was spilled in the bag because they did put the lid on correctly horrible!!! 19$ for half a coffee with half the rec suppose to came with.
