Starbucks needs to fix their DoorDash menu!! Theyre over charging customers who customize their drinks with syrup. My usual order is a grande vanilla Caffe Americano. Starbucks normally charges $0.80 for the amount of syrup in a grande, which is 4 pumps, and extra $$ if you want more pumps. The app wants to charge you PER pump, regardless of the amount, so if you put a quantity of 1 for syrup, not only will they charge you $0.95 but an additional $0.95 per pump, for a total of $3.80 for 4 pumps. Again, thats just for the normal amount of syrup they put in a grande if you order at the store. Thats $3 more than if you order from Starbucks directly. Now if you put just 1, they will literally only put one pump of syrup. So you have to pay more to get the drink made to your preferences (which I've done) This has been going on for a long time and they still haven't fixed it. If I can give 0 stars I would.
