I ordered a cold brew and for some reason it has no ice and no flavor. I asked for peppermint syrup and don't taste anything. disappointing since it was so expensive

we ordered matcha with no ice but they filled it up with milk and there's no matcha flavor, its only taste milk! as you can see, its white, its supposed to be green color!
