My caramel Macchiatos repeatedly arrive with no milk foam and no caramel. Most of them are weak coffee and milk

While usually consistent, today Starbucks supplied a terribly soft, like from a grocery store bag croissant, NO brownie though they were on the website to order, a lukewarm mocha, and put green TAPE over the opening of the Latte which has left a residue. Bad day.
