There was practically no chili in Chili Mac nor on my Steak Franks that I added chili on. The burgers were burnt to a crisp. I have been eating steak and shake since I was a kid and I know they make thin burgers but they are still at least burgers. These are not burgers. They had been over cooked so much that the ends were crunchy like chips. For me to have spent 50 dollars on food and get a burnt crisp with cheese is terrible. Also there were no condiments nor vegetables in my burger. High highly dissatisfied.

The chili was mostly liquid, worst I've ever had from here, and I didn't get saltines with it. I usually love their chili, but not this time. It was like it was the last of the batch. I also ordered a Fanta orange drink but received a Pepsi.
The burger was good though.

They gotta go easy on that garlic butter and the fries stay cold but they go absolutely crazy on the cotton candy shakes
