Soggy fries, bun on burger was hard? My grilled cheese didnt have melted cheese it tasted like it's been sitting out for 30+ minutes

the Oreo milkshake did not taste right. the Reese's peanut butter cup tasted fine but the Oreo had nearly little to no taste whatsoever. also had a fruity smell? very odd
