The cheese wasn't melted at all. It was like they cooked the meat and sat some really really cold cheese on top. The meat was lukewarm because of this. I have had some amazing amazing sandwiches from here and these were not up to par

The Naked Fries were soggy but that could be from the prolonged wait. And the sandwich. Hambrosia was pitiful. hardly anything on it.

The food was skimpy there was hardly anything on the sandwiches. Also I ordered a Grand Escape and all that was on it was meat and cheese, I didnt ask to remove anything. The only thing that was actually good was the Chili Cheese Fries.
