The garlic steak burger is so delicious and those fries go perfectly with the burger. My husband gets the frisco melt every time and he aways loves it. This steak n shake is doing it right and it's much appreciated, keep upthe great work! t

Steak and Shake is normally good. I'm not sure who is cooking today (4:05 pm on 4/26) but my Frisco melt has little to no cheese and a ton of the sauce. The fries are almost fried until burned.

Chili cup was filled half-way full (including cheese and onions). The onions were not chopped, they were 6" long slivered onions making it very sloppy to eat..,threw it in the trash. Then iwas happy that atleast I had my shake to enjoy. I ordered the choc chip cookie dough, no exaggeration, only 3 pieces of cookie dough. Unbelievable. I give up on steak-n-shake as this is just one of many issues with Fishers area store.

Hotdog bun tasted like it had set outside for 2 days. No extra cheese on gri cheese. First and last time order !
