Frisco melt was good, fries were super salty and not fresh. and the bun on the butter double steak burger was soaked in grease. I order from here a lot and usually satisfied with my order. tonight was just not it.

Took almost AN HOUR to make the food when it took the driver like 2 minutes to get here! the Fries arrived cold, my burger had a line of ketchup on the edge of the bun and the lettuce tasted stale. All of that plus 2 other sandwiches and 3 milkshakes was like 75 dollars!

Photo was taken after testing the hardness (yeah, not softness) of the bun. Fries were soggy and cold (no biggie, that's what air fryers are for), shake had maybe one butterfinger in it, mostly vanilla, but still tasty, cup was not filled to company standards, lack of straws for three beverage. Despite it being Fourth of July where the store may be busy and understaffed, I can appreciate the classic Steak 'n Shake taste over the looks and smaller pettier things that should already be a given. Might just resort to McDonalds next time.

Food is always amazing but my cheeseburger wasn't the greatest. Almost seemed old and the Pattie's were very small.

Think this is it for me and steak n shake the shake's are good have never changed, but as far as the burgers and fries they just don't hit like they used too. Barely any flavor, not cooked right, burgers thrown together, missing items at times. Fries always different as in not cooked right or not enough salt etc. Also, they forgot my extra sauce I paid for but I did get a refund on the sauce. I didn't even bother with the other issues.
