food was just okay, frisco melts were hastily thrown together and half toasted. I ordered a large cheese fry and got a small, the fries literally filled barely half the container and got less than an ounce of cheese in a cup. the fries were really an after thought and not important, but for the price there should have been more fries and cheese.

Burgers are always great; juicy and hot. The fries are some of the worst traveling fries of any chain though, always room temp at most which is understandable for delivery. Had only one incident with a milkshake being just syrup and whipped cream, but otherwise never an issue.

Burger was great, as usual, but this time the fries were old. No straw was supplied with beverage. No ketchup supplied, but maybe i have to specify? Not sure if there is a section to give special instructions. I think ketchup should be mandatory. First world problems..
First time trying the Chili 5-Way. It was tasty but loaded with beans and skimped on the protein.

Steak & shake needs to quit sealing the food in large plastic bags. This makes the food soggy. If they feel sealing keeps drivers from stealing, then order bags with vent holes pre punched in them to let the moisture out.
