• DoorDash orderThe sealed plastic bag the restaurant puts the food in, while intentions are in the right place, left the paper bag wet and the fries inside soggy and wet. My vanilla milkshake had lots of random candy pieces in it.

• DoorDash orderI order from steak n shake frequently but today my 3 PC Chicken Fingers Combo tasted very weird. The chicken tasted like it had been in hamburger grease or something. Did not taste like chicken. Very disappointing.
