Burger was typical. Onion rings-- so disappointing. $2.50 upcharge for onion rings and was half full and completely burnt cumb pieces :( LOVE steak and shake but have been pretty disappointed lately.

i wish there was more chili and cheese on the large chili cheese fry and I wish there was more garlic butter on the garlic burger I mean for how much I pay for this this is not up to my standards the shake was the only good thing of the meal that was worth paying for my food was good just wish it was more for my buck is all

everything is pretty good for the most part. but you forgot the cheese for my cheese Large Cheese Fries and the container wasn't even filled all the way up I used to work for a steak and shakes so I know it wasn't properly filled to a large it's more like a medium size. other than that that would taste great but it would be better with the cheese sauce though and a spoon for my Genuine Chili as well as a bowl size amount of cheese for my chili instead of enough chili for just a small cup of chili but other than that I love steak and shake I haven't really tasted the chili yet but hopefully it tastes just as good as any other time. burgers amazing as always the Reese's® Chocolate Peanut Butter extremely good. I understand not adding the cheese sauce might have been a mistake so that's okay I will continue to order from you guys
