No chili with either chili cheese fry, hardly any cheese in any of the cups, especially one them!! It had about a table spoon of cheese!! I want my chili for my sons and my fries!!!!!! No buffalo sauce!!

The Thin 'n Crispy Fries i ordered were VERY undercooked and were VERY greasy. The whip cream on our milkshakes was oddly lumpy and tasted a little off as well. Could have been Steak & Shake's fault, could've not known, but still... yikes.

My only issue was that one of the burgers was a little smushed and the fries were a little undersalted. Otherwise, everything tasted good, and all of it was there.

I swear it's like they never make fresh fries. They always just reuse old ones over and over. I've ordered here 5+ times and not once has the fries been hot and fresh.
Everything else was pretty good. Especially the milkshakes
