The Steak and Shake off Tuttle is terrible. Always something wrong. This time it was burnt burgers. Someone actually looked at a crunchy, blackened burgers and still served.

The steak burgers are good but they don't put any condiments in the bag. The onion rings are good-very crispy, and my fiancé loves the Chili Mac.

Half a cup filled with milkshake wasn't filled up no whip cream either, asked for large fry and got a small in a large container with half a bottle of salt. Never have had an issue before

No Co2 so soda machine wasnt working . The only thing they put on the burgers was ketchup even though other items were specified and paid for. Milkshakes were great. For someone whos never had Steak 'n Shake mehhh probably wont have it again.
