The store forgot my Frisco Melt Combo and large cheese fry. The M&M's® tastes like they took the regular milk shake base, added milk and maybe 5 m&ms to the whipped cream completely forgetting the vanilla syrup. I worked at steak and shake years ago. They didnt do a lot of things right.

The sandwiches were good. Unfortunately, I didn't get my chili; I didn't get my fries, and I didn't get the vanilla in my coke.

When I order cheese fries I only actually get a container of cheese one time in four... 25% of the time. Please get better on that. Everything else is great.
