My burger and fries were so fresh! I haven't had Steak 'n Shake in years because the quality was so bad at one point but my food was amazing. Also the packaging that it was delivered in was sealed up and sturdy! So good!

The Garlic Single Steakburger Combo was good. The beef tallow fries are so good! Unfortunately I got a butterfinger shake instead of a chocolate shake.

Food tastes good, but it's packaged in a plastic bag. And when most of the food is fried, it sweats and ruins the food. Also, when I order a burger and it asks "what would you like on it?", and you don’t pick anything so it's plain, why does it come with everything? My order is wrong almost every single time. The ordering system through DoorDash needs fixed, and packaging could be improved.

Both burgers on the double burger were burnt to a crisp. Couldn't eat them. Frisco melt was OK.
