my shake was literally liquid by the time i got it because they were super unorganized and didn't notify my driver that it was done. it also didn't come with a cherry which :( wtf . (not the driver, it was the store. my shake was mixed in and lost within other orders).

Food was completely cold by the time I got it. It took three times as long as it should have to pick up my order. The fries were so old they were unedible even after reheating. This was the last straw for me with these type of companies. I canceled my membership.
