The Chicken Shawarma Plate was warm, plenty and well seasoned. The Pita Bread was enough to have a side of hummus and the Fresh Mint Lemonade was a shocker with the intense blended mint leaves was delicious.

Stella Maris' chicken Chicken Shawarma Plate is my go to when I'm wanting a taste of home (Israel)! it's always on the mark, and they even manage to make the take out plate pretty. I plated my serving belt taking a picture, because this is always two meals for me. They definitely fed you for the price.

Everything was warm and delicious. The Gyro Plate was more than enough for 2 servings and I'm partial to Tzatziki Sauce 👍🏾

I've never had bad Stella Maris. Only a couple times was the Falafel Sandwich a bit dry, but everything is always so good. I'm from Detroit where Greek food is always just one block away no matter where you are, and I CRAVE gyro pita, spanakopita (spinach pie), and topping things off with Tzatziki Sauce. Spinach pie is not listed on DD, but if you order a Meat Pie and put in the notes you want spinach instead, they will do that for you. Their toppings aren't listed for the Falafel Sandwich, so I asked them to add my favorite toppings and they did. Their Tzatziki Sauce is TOP notch and totally worth what it's charged for on DD. I got the Basmati Rice, and I like to mix it with the Hummus and Feta Cheese with Olives with some sauce and it's so good when you dip the Fried Pita Strips in it. The olives are not pitted unfortunately so I pit them first. Baklava cheesecake is always phenomenal. The only way this place could be even better is if they sold lemon rice soup (without chix), and if they had different types of Fried Pita Strips- like black pepper and red pepper! So amazing and so accommodating, and everything is delicious and packaged well- ALWAYS. Thank you guys for checking my notes and making me delicious food!

I always go to Stella Maris for lunch, however it was raining today. I ordered the gyro plate.. it arrived hot and tasted amazing! I love Stella Maris!!!
