Absolutely blew me away. Fried Oyster Din was absolutely perfection. Fresh, perfectly cooked. Fries were seasoned and delicious the hush puppies were crispy and perfectly seasoned.

Delicious food. I got the grilled chicken and fried shrimp pick 2 combo with a side salad and a side of fries. Ordered the banana pudding for dessert. It's more like boxed pudding with whipped cream and lots of cookies. Not my favorite but it was ok.
The meal portion size was plenty for one person and I have leftovers for later. Staff was nice especially Yazmyhn.

Horrible value. Less fries than you would receive in a small fry from McDonalds. Only five small shrimp not worth $23.

The best gumbo I've had from a restaurant and only $5!!! Wow!!! Actually, everything was amazing. I had not eaten at Stewby's in a while but after tonight it has to go back into my regular rotation. It was good enough for me to want to come leave a review and I don't ever do that.

The food was... okay. I was here for a conference and in a place that is loaded with seafood joints wanted to visit the ones the locals seem to prefer. Either this place was having an off night, or I was misled.
I ordered the Pick 3 combo so I could try a little of everything. The grilled fish was hard. As in, it was the consistency of a well done steak. The calamari was very tender (not overcooked) but had zero flavor. I honestly had no idea it was possible for breading to have absolutely no flavor at all. The shrimp was slightly rubbery but otherwise the best out of the meat.
On to the sides; the Potato salad had an odd (not necessarily bad) aftertaste from the seasoning that was sprinkled on top, and the coleslaw wasn't too bad. The hushpuppies were crispy on the outside, but were a bit unexpected as they had bits of jalapeno and were not primarily made from cornbread; a personal preference to be sure, but be aware before ordering. The best part of the meal was the side order of fried okra. Large portion size and salty, crisp okra bits.
