Inconsistent thickshakes. Sometimes the presentation looks the same as the photos, other times it doesn't. Sometimes it's a thick shake, sometimes its not...

I spent $5 extra to get strawberries on both desserts and I got none, then the Kinder Bueno Cheesecake crumbled apart. But it's super tasty! Just disappointing when we received no strawberries.
