The closest thing to real Italian pizza that we have in the keys. The price point is also a plus, you'd pay twice the price at Roostica. Bravo pizziolo!

oh man, they need help...
ingredients quality is ok, but that's it. they need a lot of practice, and maybe someone to keep an eye on what's being sent out. maybe a better oven, or a new method of heat control or timers. every slice is burnt on the bottom and on top of the outer crust, giving each bite a slight coffee grounds flavor in addition to the toppings. I can't finish it. not only that, but there's literally so much chicken piled on top that I cannot taste much else except sauce for most bites. other similar pizza places in the area also have similar burnt crust problems, but usually it only affects one slice, or only on top, but this is the next level of burnt on every slice.
again, clearly good ingredients but they are struggling on how to put the ingredients together. I'll give them another chance next year and hope for an improvement. If you're reading this, keep the date in mind, as they may improve later on.
