This steak was sub par! I have no idea what it was but it was not what I ordered.
According to the menu I ordered from it was to be a Ribeye with potato pure and poblano tomato sauce and a green vegetable. Instead I received what seemed like a strip steak with a garlic smear and some sort of starchy white vegetable pearl and mushrooms . Very disappointed! Not worth the astronomical price I paid.
