Doshirak with 3 side dishes (varies), rice, choice of meat, one piece of fruit, and one piece of shrimp tempura. Doshirak is Korean style bento box.
Kimbap is a Korean-style sushi but no raw fish nor topping (sauce). We make it with various stir-fried vegetable, egg, pickled radish and finish with a touch of sesami oil. And, it is suppose to be cold. Whenever we have a field trip, we pack Kimbap to-go and eat at any place we go.
