I got the all pro sweet onion teriyaki sandwich, but overall the subway place is not good. My sandwich was falling apart. There was little to zero teriyaki sauce on it, on half my sandwich there was only about two or three pieces of chicken. Most of it was just bread and veggies. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Paid for extra cheese, got little to none. There was no marinara(comes with it) and they gave me extra pepperonis but basically no cheese. It was like a pepperoni sandwhich, straight up. I could've made that at home and I still wouldnt have enjoyed it. What a waste of money, def wont be ordering from here again unless im watching them make it.

The steak and cheese wasnt even heated before being put into the wrap. The app doesnt give you an option to "toast" for wraps because the meat is supposed to be heated separately. Im very disappointed!

Steak is stringy and full of gristle, been that way for about the last 6 weeks. Also, often comes un- toasted when request for toasted was made. I think the employees work too fast and don't pay enough attention to detail or what they're doing! Tonight, 2 sandwiches were microwaved too long on the end and couldn't eat the tough bread. Very inconsistent quality... you never know if you'll get a good meal or not.

I don't know if this particular subway has sold to new owners and management but this was the worst meal we've ever gotten from this particular establishment! The rolls were burned on one side, the cheese was not melted, they were cold inside - no semblance of warmth at all! There were more red onions than steak in both of the steak sandwiches! Greatly disappointed! Perhaps they have New staff that requires further training but this was greatly disappointing! What does a person do when their meal does not live up to the standards that they have come to be used to? What are the options for complaining about a poorly made Subway sandwich meal?. We have had amazing sandwiches from this particular establishment, we have had mediocre sandwiches from here, but we have never had this poorly made thrown-together sandwiches ever!
