• DoorDash orderThe chicken in my sandwich wasn't cooked, the bread was incorrect and soggy apart from that I didn't receive any cookies. I have tried contacting support but that aren't helpful at all and won't give me a refund.

• DoorDash orderThey just put the lettuce inside even though I ordered 7 vegetables, so when I called them the staff said that she actually didn't make a mistake when she did infact, and then manager told me come to the store with the mistake one.
Yeah so I just went to store and then I got a new one. Luckily we live close enough but if we lived far away we would't have been able to just up and go into store.
They remade the mistake order but did not offer to rectify it at all, maybe a free drink even? But no offer which I personally feel is bad customer service considering I walked to the store because of THEIR mistake. They did not even acknowledge that I came to the store personally when I ordered Delivery for a reason. What if i am injured or unable to walk?
The store was absolutely dead, so I can't even understand the issue as it was not rush hour or busy. We were the only customer. Lastly, the workers attitude was bad even though she was the one who made the mistake.
I don't know am I bad customer? I expected maybe they upgrade the size or give some free drink or cookies...I don't know why I order from the delivery Lol.
I will never order in here thanks :/ p.s. I notice their reviews are terrible, especially for this location fyi.

• DoorDash orderAll the food was made as per the order, it was as expected however the rainbow cookies were substituted for cheese cake which was fine but disappointing for the kids. The reason for the 3 stars was the spring water was supplied as sparkling. Honest mistake maybe but $6 down the drain.
